Dr Caroline offers general practice services. Areas of interest include:
Dr Caroline does not perform iron infusions or IUD insertions at Health on Rose. She can assess your needs and provide referrals to trusted local providers who offer these services.
In Victoria, general practitioners are not currently accredited to formally diagnose ADHD.
Dr Caroline can support you with seeking assessment, and subsequent management options.
As a solo GP, Dr Caroline manages her schedule to provide high-quality, ongoing care for her patients.
If you cannot find a suitable appointment or have an urgent concern, please contact the clinic by email. We will do our best to accommodate you promptly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
A $50 late cancellation or non-attendance fee applies.
We understand that life happens, and this fee may be waived where appropriate.
Dr Caroline accepts a limited number of new patients to support high-quality, continuous care for all patients.
If you are new to the clinic, please select the New Patient option when booking online. An intake form will be sent to you ahead of your appointment to gather relevant health information.
To ensure safe and thorough care, all results are discussed during an appointment. Please book a follow-up 1–2 weeks after your tests are completed. Telehealth is appropriate for most result reviews.
Many pathology and imaging providers upload results to My Health Record (MHR), where you may also access a copy. This is especially useful if you are seeing multiple GPs or specialists, helping keep your health information accessible and coordinated.
Repeat prescriptions for regular medications , updated specialist referrals or a medical certificate can often be requested without an appointment.
As this service is provided outside of a consultation, it does not attract a Medicare rebate.
In some cases, a review is required to ensure safe and appropriate care—for example, for ADHD stimulant medications or if it has been more than 12 months since your last review. If this applies, you will receive an email to arrange an appointment.
When booking online, you will be asked to provide payment details (credit card or PayPal). If you prefer not to enter payment details online, please contact the clinic by phone to make your booking.
EFTPOS facilities are available for in-clinic consultations.
For telehealth appointments, payment will be processed using your stored payment details. If you prefer, we can instead issue an invoice with a secure payment link or BPAY details. We kindly ask that all invoices are paid on the day of your appointment.
If you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, we will process your claim. In most cases, the rebate is deposited into your nominated bank account within 24 hours.
Please check your spam or junk folder, as referral letters sent from our medical software can occasionally be filtered there—particularly if it’s your first email from us.
If you’re still unable to locate your referral, please email info@healthonrose.com.au
