Dr Caroline accepts a limited number of new patients. When booking online, please select the New Patient appointment type to ensure intake forms are sent prior to your visit. 

Initial appointments are conducted in clinic, with follow-up appointments available via phone, video or in clinic.

 For consultations relating solely to reproductive and sexual health, you can choose either in clinic or video New Patient. 

Please note that all consultations are privately billed, including the follow-up of any results.

If you have complex or multiple concerns, more than one appointment may be required to begin addressing your health needs.

If you have multiple or more complex concerns, you may need to book additional appointments to ensure adequate time for your care.

Care planning is available for patients with chronic conditions.

Health assessments include heart health checks, menopause reviews, and 45–49 year old health assessments.

Dr Caroline will discuss and recommend appropriate bookings where needed.

 As this service is provided outside of a consultation, it is not eligible for a Medicare rebate. 

Suitable for routine requests such as repeat prescriptions, ongoing specialist referrals, and medical certificates for minor illnesses (e.g. coughs and colds).

Please note: requests for medications such as GLP-1 therapies, stimulants, antidepressants, or pain medications require an appointment. Any request for dose changes or medication review also requires a consultation.
